VDO Properties (vdo-assets.com) is an online real estate listing platform connecting buyers, renters, sellers and agents in Kenya. VDO Properties acts solely as a marketplace intermediary and does not own, sell, rent or manage any listed properties.
By using this platform you confirm you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Kenyan law.
You must not post false or fraudulent listings, impersonate any person or organisation, use the platform to facilitate fraud or money laundering, scrape or reproduce content without permission, or list properties you have no authority to list.
Agents must provide accurate information. All listings are subject to review and approval before going live. VDO Properties may reject, remove or suspend any listing or account at its sole discretion. Subscription fees paid via Mpesa are non-refundable except where required by law.
All listing information is provided by third-party agents and owners. VDO Properties makes no warranty as to accuracy, completeness or legality of any listing. Users must conduct independent due diligence, verify title deeds at the relevant Land Registry, and engage a qualified advocate registered with the Law Society of Kenya before any transaction.
To the fullest extent permitted by Kenyan law, VDO Properties shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of this platform, reliance on any listing, or any transaction between users.
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
